Course Description: This complete Lean Six Sigma course prepares participants to perform the role of a LSS Black Belt. Through this complete course you will learn the critical elements of the black belt certification. Black Belt certification holders have demonstrated their knowledge and capabilities through experience and skill and understand how to add value to any organization working with Lean Six Sigma.

About the Examination: The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) Exam is a 4 hour 150 question proctored exam.
The Exam contains approximately 30 multiple-choice and true/false questions.
In order to achieve the professional designation of IASSC Certified Black Belt (ICBB) from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification individuals must sit for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam and achieve a minimum score of 580 points out of a total potential of 750 points.
Prerequisites: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program or the equivalent
Credits: 175 PDU’s
Target Audience: Lean Six Sigma Green Belts who wish to certify as Black Belts.
